I am going to make some points here that may not be popular and as usual that is fine. I usually write to get us thinking and wrestling and conversing, even if that conversing is a bit heated at times.  This post will be of the same frame of mind. I am going to make some points here that will not be accepted but at least we can review them and see if they line up...
